• Lead the team responsible for transforming end-to-end integrated Supply Chain activities globally.
• Develop a phased, multi-year Shared Services strategy and operating model for K-C’s supply chain work processes.
• Dual reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and VP, Global Business Services; partner with Chief Procurement Officer and ESC leadership.
• Identify capabilities suited for shared service and BPO arrangements and manage outsourcing requirements globally.
• Design and oversee implementation of a three year strategy and portfolio to standardize processes across segments, functions and regions.
• Lead business process design and governance, facilitating budget and resource prioritization and collaborating with process owners and DTS.
• Design, monitor, and improve controls in ESC and partner with GBS to improve Source to Pay operations.
• Drive global LEAN/CI efforts to meet annual continuous improvement targets for cost, quality and employee experience.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, technology implementations, and automations/AI to streamline ESC.
• Manage senior stakeholders, collect VOC feedback and convert into ESC policies and procedure change recommendations.
• Represent ESC and GBS globally as a trusted partner to brief internal and external stakeholders on opportunities, targets, risks, and successes.
• Build and implement a unified global reporting structure and dashboards tracking SLAs and Total Cost/Quality/Standardization/Velocity of Service and CSAT.
