- Guide business cases through review and governance preparation
- Facilitate supplier onboarding and PO setup
- Maintain and optimize intake workflows, templates, and documentation
- Embed execution support into portfolio planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in demand management, intake management, portfolio operations, or process-driven roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end demand intake processes
- High attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Portfolio Managers, Chiefs of Staff, and Leadership teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
