About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement sales strategy and proposals including account planning and prioritization
- Build relationships and collaborate with decision-making contacts including maternal healthcare professionals
- Brand Ambassador for multiple nurse and healthcare professional conferences
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for health systems
- Partner with marketing and brand team to develop hospital branding initiatives
- Accountable for meeting administrative responsibilities and performance objectives
- Provide education, sales analysis, and after sales support
- Conduct in-depth financial and business analysis of customer base
- Provide support for Corporate and GPO National Account initiatives
- Report on competitive activities and manage contract negotiations
- Support retail sales team as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare sales
- Women and Children’s Health sales experience preferred
- Must be proficient with PC based applications Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- National/regional travel up to 60% based on business needs
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Proof of successful sales track record
- Comfortable in Hospital setting and engaging at Healthcare Conferences
- Clean driving record required
