About the role

  • Design and implement a BIM strategy throughout the project life cycle
  • Provide leadership and guidance for BIM implementation
  • Work with clients and partners to implement BIM/VDC processes
  • Participate in BIM Coordination Meetings with clients
  • Establish BIM/VDC goals and objectives and develop workflows
  • Manage and implement the BIM project setup process
  • Facilitate BIM meetings and MEP coordination sessions
  • Train personnel on BIM capabilities

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in architecture/civil engineering/electrical engineering
  • Three (3) plus years of experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
  • Practical knowledge of electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations
  • Ability to conduct lighting illumination calculations
  • Understanding of power distribution
  • Knowledge of current BIM and VDC software used at Fractile
  • Strong presentation and training skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • Passion to work with cross-cultural/global teams
