About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement a BIM strategy throughout the project life cycle
Provide leadership and guidance for BIM implementation
Work with clients and partners to implement BIM/VDC processes
Participate in BIM Coordination Meetings with clients
Establish BIM/VDC goals and objectives and develop workflows
Manage and implement the BIM project setup process
Facilitate BIM meetings and MEP coordination sessions
Train personnel on BIM capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate or graduate degree in architecture/civil engineering/electrical engineering
Three (3) plus years of experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
Practical knowledge of electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations
Ability to conduct lighting illumination calculations
Understanding of power distribution
Knowledge of current BIM and VDC software used at Fractile
Strong presentation and training skills
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
Passion to work with cross-cultural/global teams
