- Support expansion of employee engagement programs in international markets
- Manage local grantmaking in key U.S. markets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for grant application programs
- Develop and execute communications that elevate employee engagement and community investments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs, Strategic Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy or nonprofit management
- Proven leadership experience with an ability to influence and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in project management across multiple geographies, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and generate actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
- 20% travel availability
