About the role

  • Support, trouble-shoot and configure global HR Talent & Learning business processes in Workday.
  • Provide cyclical process assistance on operational support tickets, configuration support as needed and enhancement requests in the areas of Talent Management, Performance and Development, and Learning.
  • Understand Workday security domains and maintain security on Workday talent and learning business processes.
  • Follow change control process to document requirements, test changes, and obtain sign-off before making changes in a live/production environment.
  • Assist in testing future Workday releases and understand impacts and capabilities of new features.
  • Work on projects to implement new functionality of Workday not currently used within Kimberly-Clark.
  • Actively seek out process improvements to speed up delivery.
  • Engage with direct Team Leader, and lead team members for training, work prioritization, status updates, and coaching & feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members routinely and work with minimal supervision once onboarding and training has completed for routine tasks.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of relevant IT HR experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with HCMs preferably Workday, also could be (SuccessFactors, SAP or PeopleSoft).
  • Systems knowledge in talent & learning area which facilitates the ability to work independently (with some oversight) based on strategic direction.
  • Attention to Detail - Implementation and testing of configuration changes requires attention to detail and to seek understanding of system impacts.
  • Problem-solving - Is expected to understand business acumen and apply when resolving issues as needed.
  • Collaboration - Values diverse perspectives and can work well with a virtual, global team.
  • Communication - Verbal and written communication vital to follow up with customers at varying levels of the organization.
