About the role

  • Architect and lead digital transformation programs that elevate marketing, sales, and consumer engagement capabilities globally.
  • Design and implement AI-powered frameworks for content creation at scale, social-first brand building, and personalized consumer experiences.
  • Drive automation and optimization in media planning and buying, leveraging agentic AI and advanced analytics for real-time performance management.
  • Enable data-powered sales activation, e-commerce excellence, and market development through integrated digital platforms and insights engines.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, upskilling, and change management to embed digital-first ways of working across teams and geographies.
  • Monitor and respond to emerging trends in GenAI, agentic commerce, and digital disruption, ensuring Kimberly-Clark’s strategies remain competitive and future-ready.
  • Partner with external vendors, agencies, and technology providers to accelerate innovation and scale best-in-class solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with global data governance, privacy, and security standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive buy-in and successful execution of transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field required; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Fluent English
  • Deep expertise in digital transformation, marketing technology, and AI/ML applications in consumer goods or related industries.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs, preferably in a global or multi-market context.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content management systems, data analytics, and automation tools.
  • Experience with agentic AI, generative content, and e-commerce enablement.
  • Familiarity with global data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable business impact through digital innovation and capability building.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and collaborating across segments and functions.
