- Deliver transformational business impact by optimizing growth levers across Kimberly-Clark.
- Drive data-informed decision making to optimize resource allocation across Kimberly-Clark’s global brand portfolio.
- Serve as thought leader and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, championing a culture of analytical excellence.
- Ensure insights are translated into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes across allocation of growth investments.
- Drive the creation and deployment of predictive analytics tools leveraging AI to map trends based on consumer signals.
- Build and lead a high-performing global insights team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related fields
- 15+ years of experience in management consulting, insights, marketing, analytics, or strategy roles within the CPG or related industries, including agencies/suppliers
- Proven success in leading global insights, marketing or growth functions and delivering business impact.
- Experience working across multiple categories and international markets, with exposure to US, China, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, and Brazil.
- Experience in feminine care / baby care products, health and wellness products and services, or cosmetics/beauty is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and influence across levels and functions.
