Manager

• Provide day-to-day direction to Demand Planners for the assigned Business Unit, Adult/Feminine Care.
• Own and lead the development and delivery of an accurate demand forecast for 0–24-month time horizon as part of the IBP process for the assigned Business Unit.
• Partner with BU sales, Brands, Finance, Supply Chain and Product Supply Teams to provide input into decision making, gather inputs into forecast, assist in execution of business plans and gap management.
• Participate in key projects as needed to enhance forecast capabilities and drive overall value.
• Assist Personal Care team leader in development of team roles and responsibilities.
• Train, coach and develop demand planning team.
