About the role
- responsible for integrating business, information, and technology architecture to create solutions for the relevant business capability area
- leads and delivers the analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment and support for Integrations cross capability areas
- viewed as an expert in complex analytical and application environments
- implements innovative, technical solutions to complex strategic and operating problems
- integrates effectively with other applications, supports a common application environment and user interaction model
- coordinates medium to complex solution implementations while leading design variances based upon business needs
- coordinates engagements with vendors as they relate to evaluation, design and delivery of business capabilities
- leads Continuous Improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as Workday Developer
- Experience integrating Payroll solutions
- Deep knowledge on Integrations definitions and development
- Strong experience in Workday integrations with WD Studio, PICOF & PECI, XSLT transformation
- Strong experience working with middleware solutions
- Expert in Requirements management
- Experience with Azure
