About the role

  • The Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) is designed to be a very fast paced, accelerated program with a depth and breadth of experiences, exposure, education and development.
  • Supply Chain capabilities will be developed through cross-functional development rotations that will aid in developing Supply Chain Professionals of the future.
  • During the program, recent college graduates will gain experiences in the key supply chain functions through three, 12-month rotations.
  • The Supply Chain Development Program will provide direct experience in three of our four key supply chain functions of Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics/ Distribution and Procurement as well as leadership development and exposure to processes, procedures and tools while also being exposed to the following areas: Safety - Manufacturing Quality - Transportation SAP - LEAN/Operational Excellence.
  • These experiences will prepare the associate for a role within our Supply Chain organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Supply Chain or related field
  • Strong academic performance; Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data; Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability and desire to relocate within the organization;
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
