About the role
- responsible for integrating business, information, and technology architecture to create solutions
- leads and delivers the analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment and support for Integrations cross capability areas
- viewed as an expert in complex analytical and application environments
- a key referent in implementing innovative, technical solutions to important strategic and operating problems
- translates non-functional and functional integrations requirements into end-to-end analytical solution designs
- collaborates with the Solution Architects to make sure that solutions fit within enterprise context
- coordinates medium to complex solution implementations
- leads Continuous Improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as Workday Developer
- Experience integrating Payroll solutions
- Deep knowledge on Integrations definitions and development
- Strong experience in Workday integrations with WD Studio, PICOF & PECI, XSLT transformation
- Strong experience working with middleware solutions
- Expert in Requirements management
- Experience with Azure
