About the role
- Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management of Pack & Price Architecture (PPA) leading category and consumer-centric PPA projects.
- Drive decision-making with fact-based insights and research across consumer, category, competition, and customer.
- Partner with key customer teams and retailers for sell-in and execution to maximize revenue generation initiatives.
- Lead enterprise PPA projects contributing to a 3+ year pipeline of RGM initiatives supporting delivery of 2%-3% Operating Profit.
- Identify, compile analysis and drive fast decision making for price accretive actions within pack and price architecture.
- Collaborate with headquarter and customer sales teams to merge brand and customer strategies and address executional barriers.
- Develop solutions to reduce channel conflict and shape category price strategy principles (assortment, pack optimization, SRP & EDLP pricing).
- Support Promotion Strategy and act as an informal leader to Promotional Optimization team.
- Perform diagnostic analytics, validate models with consumer insights, and facilitate ideation to drive revenue via products, packs or pricing.
- Lead RGM primary research: vendor selection, budget, design, and deliverable quality, partnering with Insights & Analytics.
- Continuously improve PPA frameworks, complete modeling, simplify complex data stories, and support customer-facing recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Advanced degree in business, finance, economics, or analytics.
- Demonstrated track record of leadership and sustained success across multi-category CPG companies with known quality RGM functions or direct RGM consulting experience across multiple clients.
- Expertise across multiple retail channels, including brick & mortar and omni-channel.
- Success in managing complex projects partnering cross-functionally within large scale, multi-category businesses (Insights/Analytics, Cat-Man, Brand/Trade Mktg).
- Strong Analytical skills: Exceptional analytical skills including ability to proactively outline approach & fact base required for a business problem or opportunity.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong conceptual thinking skills and basic understanding of marketing strategies and market research.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to actively participate in group discussions across functions.
- Leadership skills: Strength in bringing together multiple functions to achieve results and drive recommendations with Senior Management.
