About the role
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process
- Develop P&L and cashflow projections, track progress against targets, analyze trends and provide recommendations to address gaps
- Lead the LATAM Leadership Team monthly meeting agenda
- Act as a key partner to LATAM Enterprise Markets CFO in achieving priorities and targets
- Create reports and automated dashboards to facilitate this process
Requirements
- +10 years experience in Finance: FP&A, Finance Manager, Business Partner for commercial
- English fluent level
- Strong Ability to influence without authority.
- Strong collaboration, communication and change management skills.
- Align multiple teams and Stakeholders across the organization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to dive into large quantities of data and extract meaningful insights, identify trends and potential gaps
- Strong understanding of business issues faced by Kimberly-Clark, and mission / goals
- Strong integrity and ability to build trust within the organization
- Excellent analytical capabilities, communication and coaching skills, with understanding of how to navigate Kimberly-Clark’s systems, tools and organization
- Comfortable in learning new systems and new ways of thinking. Leverages Global/regional scale
