About the role

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process
  • Develop P&L and cashflow projections, track progress against targets, analyze trends and provide recommendations to address gaps
  • Lead the LATAM Leadership Team monthly meeting agenda
  • Act as a key partner to LATAM Enterprise Markets CFO in achieving priorities and targets
  • Create reports and automated dashboards to facilitate this process

Requirements

  • +10 years experience in Finance: FP&A, Finance Manager, Business Partner for commercial
  • English fluent level
  • Strong Ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and change management skills.
  • Align multiple teams and Stakeholders across the organization
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to dive into large quantities of data and extract meaningful insights, identify trends and potential gaps
  • Strong understanding of business issues faced by Kimberly-Clark, and mission / goals
  • Strong integrity and ability to build trust within the organization
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, communication and coaching skills, with understanding of how to navigate Kimberly-Clark’s systems, tools and organization
  • Comfortable in learning new systems and new ways of thinking. Leverages Global/regional scale
