• Assist in various challenging, high-profile projects in corporate governance and sustainability reporting
• Assist the legal department on corporate governance matters
• Develop legal templates and contract playbooks
• Research M&A and asset acquisition transactions
• Conduct in-depth profiling and due diligence

Requirements

Must be a graduate student pursuing a JD or LLM or a dual law degree (environmental a plus)
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Strong collaboration, coordination and facilitation skills
1-2 years of experience in engineering, environmental law, or a compliance department a strong plus
Fluency in a language in addition to English is a strong plus
Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office applications
