About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administration, management, and level II support of infrastructure systems globally
- Support growth and discovery in public cloud infrastructure
- Lead projects for Storage and Computing Infrastructure team
- Integrate into System Administrator off hours production support rotation
- Identify opportunities to improve or automate existing KEI processes and systems
- Support M365 services and Azure infrastructure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum associate’s degree in IT related field or applicable training/certifications
- 4+ years of IT work experience
- Learn KEI Guiding Principles
- Develop technical relationships with key IT contacts
- Introduction to Azure Cloud concepts (AZ-900)
- Business relationships with Business Unit contacts
- Acclimate to KEI IT processes, monitoring, and systems
- Familiarity with IT standards and security practices
