Lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives, including ERP system upgrades and business transformation
Collaborate with global project teams to ensure successful completion of projects
Participate in the business transformation project enabled by S/4HANA
Manage project delivery of multiple stakeholders including third parties
Collaborate across teams to enable additional owned SAP toolsets and identify tool functionality

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in technology or business
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
3 to 5 years of Project Management Experience in multinational manufacturing company preferred
SAP S/4HANA implementation experience preferred
SAP ERP technical knowledge / experience preferred
Professional training including Six Sigma, ITIL or Lean are desirable
Experience with FDA GMP820 and Part 11 impact on IT work for medical device manufacturers is desirable
Fluent in English language
Proven ability to motivate teams and complete large-scale projects
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Systems oriented
Ability and willingness to travel globally
