Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Employee Benefits Counsel
- Experience with Health & Welfare plans
- Experience advising clients on compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA
- Experience reviewing vendor agreements and HIPAA privacy issues
- LLM in Employee Benefits desirable
