IT Support

• Support day-to-day IT operations including end-user support across hardware, software, and employee lifecycle requests
• Refine support tooling, documentation, and feedback loops; triage and resolve endpoint, access, and SaaS issues
• Manage on-site hardware and video conferencing equipment
• Manage lifecycle of Mac endpoints using Kandji, Crowdstrike, Kolide and asset management systems; improve Linux endpoint management
• Enforce baseline security policies, configuration standards, and compliance monitoring
• Administer Okta (group design, lifecycle policies, app integrations) and automate joiner/mover/leaver workflows, SCIM provisioning, role-based access controls
• Partner with security, engineering and infrastructure teams to implement least privilege, MFA, and audibility across services
• Operate technical management and integration of SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, GitHub, 1Password) and enhance user engagement and security posture
• Identify and eliminate repetitive tasks through scripting, APIs, and low-code tools; build small tools, bots, or dashboards integrating LLM tools securely

IT Engineer

Executive Assistant

• Arrange travel for all C-Suite members (CEO, CPO, COO, CLO, CoS, CRO)
• Schedule and enhance meetings around events to maximize value
• Organize dinners, business lunches, and meeting venues (Paris and internationally)
• Provide minutes and action item summaries for key meetings
• Plan and manage C-Suite events in collaboration with events specialist
• Liaise with legal, manage KYC, and handle DocuSign for C-Suite paperwork
• Track and remind C-Suite members (excluding CEO) of critical deadlines (expenses, performance reviews, etc.)
• Process and oversee expenses for the C-Suite
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies to streamline administrative tasks
• Office management tasks (order food, receive mail, etc.)

General Counsel

• Lead Kiln’s US legal function and support expansion in the United States
• Provide strategic legal guidance across Kiln’s US operations
• Work closely with Compliance, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure compliance with US federal and state regulations
• Partner with Product to ensure new offerings are designed in compliance with relevant legal requirements
• Provide legal advice on US federal and state regulatory frameworks applicable to staking and DeFi, including securities, commodities, and money transmission laws
• Monitor and assess developments from the SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, state regulators, and other authorities and advise on impact to Kiln’s US business
• Support the design of compliant product structures for institutional clients
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with counterparties, including institutional clients, custodians, and technology providers
• Work with Compliance to ensure robust implementation of US AML, OFAC, and sanctions controls
• Advise on liability frameworks, risk disclosures, and contractual protections
• Support engagement with US regulators and industry associations and assist in preparing responses to regulatory inquiries and consultations
