About the role
- Inspire customers with charm and conviction
- Support the team with shared tasks
- Create work schedules and organize zone assignments to increase efficiency
- Responsible for inventory management and attractive product presentation on the sales floor
- Set daily sales targets and foster a motivating work environment
- Support the team's professional development through regular feedback and coaching
- Provide targeted training and development with an emphasis on teamwork
- Lead and develop the team with a KPI focus and continuously optimize performance
Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience managing a store
- Strong understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
- Good knowledge of KPIs and strong analytical skills
- Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically
- Willingness and ability to be on your feet for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Willingness to travel within cities in the German-speaking region of Switzerland
- Confident handling of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- High flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Leadership skills and ability to lead a team
