About the role
- Initiate contact with potential members via phone and text to promote KidStrong programs and membership opportunities.
- Utilize scripts and marketing materials provided to effectively communicate the benefits of KidStrong membership.
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with leads to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their needs and interests in KidStrong programs.
- Provide accurate and timely information to potential members about membership options, pricing, and program details.
- Follow up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Act as a liaison between headquarters and KidStrong franchisees to align sales strategies and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and member interactions using CRM software.
- Track sales metrics, including conversion rates, lead response times, and member retention rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on phone-based sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and via text messaging.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in the fitness or education industry, particularly with children's programs.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for membership-based businesses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
