About the role

  • Own end-to-end program management for state adoptions, district adoptions, and formal RFPs, from early signal through submission and post-submission follow-up.
  • Partner closely with Curriculum, Product, Content Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption readiness.
  • Define and continuously improve standardized processes for adoption tracking, RFP responses, and submission workflows.
  • Proactively identify gaps or risks related to standards alignment, content coverage, platform capabilities, translations, pricing, or implementation requirements.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for adoption and RFP status.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments, PMP certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex timelines across multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many parallel workstreams and long-range timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting plans as requirements evolve.
  • Strong team player, with ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting
  • Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner
