About the role

  • Conduct financial analyses—both regular and ad hoc—including brand / product lines’ financial performance tracking, profitability assessments, pricing impact studies, and business case support for key initiatives and strategic decisions.
  • Own and enhance the company’s market sizing, market share, and competitive intelligence databases by consolidating inputs from internal data systems, third-party research, and field feedback across business units.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and finance teams to validate assumptions, align methodologies, and ensure consistency in market and financial models.
  • Prepare and deliver findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders clearly and persuasively, both in written reports and formal presentations
  • Prepares materials for meetings and manages maintenance of sales and marketing statistics, and tracks programs to evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Assists in the collection and analysis of data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
  • Use excel functions and formulas to analyze large data, Extract and consolidate data from various sources for analysis and reporting data
  • Develop reports to monitor key performance indicators on a recurring basis
  • Create and customize ad hoc reports and respond to specific data requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in data, revenue or profitability analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel, Power point, SharePoint, PowerBI including the ability to use pivot tables, VLOOKUP and other complex formulas and to summarize large raw datasets
  • Extremely comfortable with financial analysis and interpreting full P&L line items, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability drivers
  • Problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and respond to inquiries with relevant data and insights
  • Self-sufficient and able to independently troubleshoot, find solutions and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle multiple reports & requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights and reports
