About the role
- Oversee daily accounting operations and manage full-cycle accounting for multiple client accounts.
- Provide consulting and advisory services tailored to small and midsize businesses.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and sales tax filings.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate client interactions, including leading Zoom meetings to discuss financial insights, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop strategic budgets and forecasts aligned with each client's unique goals.
- Deliver meaningful insights to help clients understand their financial health, improve profitability, and plan for growth.
- Contribute proactively to process improvements internally and for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or an accounting role serving multiple clients.
- Demonstrated success managing diverse client portfolios in a dynamic, service-based environment.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Natural ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable leading discussions and client meetings (including Zoom).
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, flexible setting.
- Candidates will be asked to complete the Predictive Index and Cognitive Assessments prior to scheduling an interview.
