About the role
- Provide consulting and advisory services tailored to small and midsize businesses.
- Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple client accounts.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and sales tax filings.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate impactful client interactions, including leading Zoom meetings to discuss financial insights, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop strategic budgets and forecasts aligned with each client's unique goals.
- Contribute proactively to process improvements, both internally and for our clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or an accounting role serving multiple clients.
- Demonstrated success managing diverse client portfolios in a dynamic, service-based environment.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A natural ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
