HR Business Partner Manager
KFC BrasilHR Business Partner delivering strategic HR solutions for KFC in Brazil. Supporting leadership decisions and managing people-related initiatives within the organization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an internal consultant to directors, managers and leaders, supporting decisions related to people management.
- Translate business needs into HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
- Monitor people metrics (turnover, absenteeism, workplace climate, engagement, diversity, performance and productivity) and propose action plans to improve results.
- Support operational and corporate areas in talent management, succession planning, development and retention of professionals.
- Lead performance management processes, talent calibration and individual development plans.
- Work on topics related to organizational culture, reinforcing the company’s values and expected behaviors.
- Support leaders in conflict management, internal movements, organizational structure and people-related decision making.
- Actively participate in strategic HR projects, contributing to the transformation and evolution of the area.
- Ensure execution of HR policies and processes, guaranteeing compliance and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Conduct regular visits to operations to understand the business reality and foster proximity with teams.
- Work collaboratively with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, HR Operations/Payroll, Internal Communications, among others).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Human Resources, Business or related areas is a plus.
- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or in HR leadership roles.
- Experience in retail, food service or large-scale operations.
- Experience providing support and guidance to leaders at different hierarchical levels.
- Proven track record in performance management, organizational development, succession planning, employee climate and talent management.
- Experience implementing and leading strategic HR projects aligned with business needs.
- Experience analyzing people metrics and building data-driven action plans.
- Broad knowledge of HR subsystems.
- Strong command of HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, retention, engagement and productivity.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and people management best practices.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with HR management systems, data analysis tools and preparation of management reports.
- **Preferred qualifications**
- Experience in multinational companies.
- Experience in environments undergoing expansion, organizational transformation or cultural change.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and organizational development.
- Intermediate or advanced level of English and/or Spanish.
