About the role

  • Create, write, and distribute internal communications for corporate audiences and store teams, tailoring language and channel to each audience
  • Manage available communication channels: in-store bulletin boards, corporate TVs, WhatsApp groups and email
  • Standardize and ensure communications in stores are kept up to date
  • Support the development of communication governance
  • Organize recurring internal communication rituals, including agenda planning with partner areas and logistics for decorations, food and beverages
  • Organize occasional employee engagement/endomarketing events
  • Support the organizational culture project, serving as a communications reference

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields
  • Previous experience in internal communication, endomarketing or corporate communication
  • Experience organizing and producing corporate events
  • Familiarity with creating content for different channels and audiences
  • Excellent writing skills: you must be able to write well for very different audiences — from executives to store associates
  • Proficiency with basic design tools (Canva or similar) for producing communication materials
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously while following strategic guidance
  • Nice-to-haves (not required, but highly valued):
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms and employee engagement tools
  • Experience managing corporate social media or employer branding
  • Experience in companies with distributed operations
  • Intermediate Spanish
