About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end purchasing processes for Direct procurement categories (Sauces & Seasonings, Packaging, Bread, Produce, Grocery), from demand identification through contracting
Execute quotations, comparative analyses and supplier negotiations. Assess cost impacts and propose structured cost-reduction alternatives
Monitor price fluctuations and market trends
Identify new suppliers, conduct market research and map competitive alternatives
Conduct supplier approval processes, including document review, risk assessment and compliance
Monitor supplier performance indicators (quality, delivery, cost)
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and contractual clauses
Record processes in the system, ensuring traceability and transparency
Interact with internal departments (Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply, Legal)
Participate in new product projects, capacity expansion or process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields
Previous experience in Purchasing, preferably in food companies, retail or fast-food
Analytical mindset and an ownership attitude toward the categories
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar)
Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
