About the role

  • Prepare and present the weekly business performance analysis, including commentary and key insights.
  • Perform in-depth analyses of campaign performance and commercial initiatives.
  • Conduct marketing tests (defining store groups, break-even analysis, and result evaluation).
  • Create and structure one-off offers (coupons, promotions, and sales incentives).
  • Maintain pricing and analyze menu architecture for the front counter and self-service kiosks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Commercial Intelligence, Commercial Planning, or analytical areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus.
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with different areas of the company.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in retail or food service.
  • Experience with pricing strategies, promotions, and product portfolio management.
