About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and present the weekly business performance analysis, including commentary and key insights.
Perform in-depth analyses of campaign performance and commercial initiatives.
Conduct marketing tests (defining store groups, break-even analysis, and result evaluation).
Create and structure one-off offers (coupons, promotions, and sales incentives).
Maintain pricing and analyze menu architecture for the front counter and self-service kiosks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
Previous experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Commercial Intelligence, Commercial Planning, or analytical areas.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus.
Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
Good communication skills and ability to interact with different areas of the company.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in retail or food service.
Experience with pricing strategies, promotions, and product portfolio management.
