About the role

  • Monitor and analyze Actual vs. Theoretical COGS (CMV);
  • Monitor variances by store, region and SKU;
  • Build variance analyses (volume, mix, price and cost);
  • Identify opportunities and risks affecting results;
  • Work closely with store teams (GAs, GOs, regional leadership);
  • Translate numbers into practical operational actions;
  • Support process improvements such as: weekly inventory;
  • Loss and waste control;
  • Adherence to recipe/technical specifications;
  • Investigate material COGS (CMV) deviations;
  • Connect impacts across Supply, Operations and Finance;
  • Propose structural improvements;
  • Ensure data quality of databases (SAP, SIR, etc.);
  • Support monthly COGS (CMV) closing;
  • Enhance existing processes and controls;
  • Structure and monitor routines (RMR, closings, reports);
  • Build and develop analyses using: Advanced Excel;
  • Power BI;
  • Support automation and improvement of dashboards;
  • Work with large volumes of data (stores, SKUs, weeks);

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
  • Experience with costing, COGS (CMV) or controllership;
  • Advanced Excel (mandatory);
  • Experience with large databases;
  • Experience in operations (retail / food / manufacturing) is a plus;
  • Power BI (significant advantage);
  • Analytical capability, ownership mindset and strong communication skills for interaction with business areas;
  • Organized profile, with attention to deadlines, delivery quality and a critical view of numbers.
