About the role
- Advise restaurants in the Central-West and Northeast regions
- Ensure visibility of people-related information to support strategic decision-making
- Support execution of management rituals (performance meetings, feedback, monitoring results)
- Help ensure adequate staffing, monitoring turnover, absenteeism and headcount indicators
- Promote the company culture and values across all business units
- Contribute to team development and succession planning
- Support recruitment, selection and internal movement processes
- Manage and monitor the budget for the area under your responsibility
- Participate in performance evaluation and talent management processes
- Take part in trainings and organizational development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Business Partner or related areas is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs, Gupy, among others)
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities and business acumen
- Ownership mindset, sense of urgency and ability to act consultatively and strategically with leadership
- Motivation to grow and contribute to the business and team development
- Must reside in the state of Minas Gerais (MG)
