About the role

  • Advise restaurants in the Central-West and Northeast regions
  • Ensure visibility of people-related information to support strategic decision-making
  • Support execution of management rituals (performance meetings, feedback, monitoring results)
  • Help ensure adequate staffing, monitoring turnover, absenteeism and headcount indicators
  • Promote the company culture and values across all business units
  • Contribute to team development and succession planning
  • Support recruitment, selection and internal movement processes
  • Manage and monitor the budget for the area under your responsibility
  • Participate in performance evaluation and talent management processes
  • Take part in trainings and organizational development initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Business Partner or related areas is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs, Gupy, among others)
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities and business acumen
  • Ownership mindset, sense of urgency and ability to act consultatively and strategically with leadership
  • Motivation to grow and contribute to the business and team development
  • Must reside in the state of Minas Gerais (MG)
