About the role
- Act as a dedicated HRBP for operations, serving as a strategic partner to leadership;
- Ensure visibility and analysis of people-related metrics to support business decision-making;
- Ensure execution of management rituals (performance meetings, feedback sessions, and results tracking);
- Monitor team staffing availability, tracking indicators such as turnover, absenteeism and headcount;
- Promote and reinforce company culture and values across business units;
- Support team development, contributing to succession planning and leadership pipeline;
- Participate in recruitment, selection and internal mobility processes;
- Monitor and control the budget for the area under your responsibility;
- Lead and support the performance evaluation and talent management cycle;
- Participate in and support training and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Business Partner or related areas is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with HR systems (e.g.: SAP, Apdata, Gupy, among others);
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and business acumen;
- Ownership mindset, sense of urgency and ability to act consultatively and strategically with leadership;
- Desire to grow and contribute to the development of the business and the team;
- Must be based in São Paulo (SP);
