About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support indirect purchasing activities (focused on categories such as kitchen utensils, office supplies and cleaning materials);
Prepare quotations and price comparisons;
Assist in supplier negotiations and contract follow-up;
Make system adjustments to the supplier invoice (Nota Fiscal - NF) receiving process;
Support internal teams in resolving general questions about system use;
Participate in continuous improvement projects and sustainability initiatives in the supply chain;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields;
Advanced Excel skills;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Interest in learning about purchasing processes and supplier management;
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, etc.) is desirable;
Knowledge of BI tools is desirable;
