About the role
- Support indirect purchasing activities (focused on categories such as kitchen utensils, office supplies and cleaning materials);
- Prepare quotations and price comparisons;
- Assist in supplier negotiations and contract follow-up;
- Make system adjustments to the supplier invoice (Nota Fiscal - NF) receiving process;
- Support internal teams in resolving general questions about system use;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and sustainability initiatives in the supply chain;
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Interest in learning about purchasing processes and supplier management;
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, etc.) is desirable;
- Knowledge of BI tools is desirable;
