About the role

  • Management of the company's Accounts Receivable, including franchisees and commercial partners
  • Issuance and management of boletos (payment slips) and collections for franchisees
  • Monitoring delinquency and receivables aging, actively managing collections
  • Direct relationship with franchisees, ensuring alignment and resolution of financial issues
  • Financial management of aggregators (iFood, Rappi, etc.), including verification of payouts and reconciliations
  • Control and monitoring of days sales outstanding (DSO) across different sales channels
  • Financial reconciliations to support accounting close
  • Interface with internal departments (Accounting, Tax, Operations, and Franchises)
  • Support treasury routines, including monitoring bank statements, transactions, and financial controls
  • Preparation of receivables reports and performance indicators

Requirements

  • Hands-on profile with the ability to solve problems and execute
  • Strong communication skills, especially for interacting with franchisees
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Analytical ability to monitor financial metrics
  • Proactive in process improvement
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, or Finance
  • Experience in collections and managing relationships with clients or partners
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience in retail or franchising
  • Experience with aggregators / marketplaces
  • Knowledge of financial reconciliation and cash flow
