Lead, mentor and develop a team of infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT projects specialists.
Plan priorities, allocate assignments and ensure effective team capacity management.
Participate in recruitment, coaching and professional development of team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent understanding of cloud, hybrid and on-premises infrastructures.
Strong knowledge of technology architecture, cybersecurity and risk management.
Experience in governance, standardization and management of technology projects.
Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, virtualized infrastructures and security solutions.
Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment is an asset.
Strong interest in emerging technologies, automation and artificial intelligence.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Significant experience in IT infrastructure, technology architecture or cybersecurity.
Experience in managing technology projects.
Experience leading teams, including coaching, motivating and developing IT professionals.
Fluency in French (written, spoken and comprehension) is required.
English is an asset, as some clients are English-only.
