About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Sit on the executive committee and actively contribute to the company’s strategic and technological direction.
Establish, communicate and champion the technology vision in alignment with business objectives.
Guide the evolution of the MSP delivery model and the development of new service offerings.
Support team leaders in engaging their teams, developing talent and achieving objectives.
Be accountable for financial metrics related to IT operations and ensure the profitability of managed services by optimizing processes, resources and delivery margins.
Ensure IT operational performance and reliability: availability, security, customer satisfaction and profitability.
Ensure compliance and standardization of delivery processes (ITIL, ISO, SLO/SLA).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10 years of IT management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of MSP models and cloud and hybrid environments.
University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Administration or a related field.
ITIL, PMP, Agile or equivalent certification (an asset).
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written; essential for communicating with some English-speaking clients and suppliers.
