About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sit on the executive committee and actively contribute to the company’s strategic and technological direction.
  • Establish, communicate and champion the technology vision in alignment with business objectives.
  • Guide the evolution of the MSP delivery model and the development of new service offerings.
  • Support team leaders in engaging their teams, developing talent and achieving objectives.
  • Be accountable for financial metrics related to IT operations and ensure the profitability of managed services by optimizing processes, resources and delivery margins.
  • Ensure IT operational performance and reliability: availability, security, customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance and standardization of delivery processes (ITIL, ISO, SLO/SLA).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 10 years of IT management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of MSP models and cloud and hybrid environments.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Administration or a related field.
  • ITIL, PMP, Agile or equivalent certification (an asset).
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written; essential for communicating with some English-speaking clients and suppliers.
