About the role

  • **Role overview**
  • The WFM Reports Analyst will create both run‑rate and ad‑hoc reports that are accurate and submitted within defined timelines. The role is responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and providing insights that support performance management, and overall business decision‑making. The role ensures data integrity, maintains reporting dashboards, and partners closely with WFM, Operations, and Leadership to deliver actionable and timely workforce intelligence.

Requirements

  • **Responsibilities:**
  • - Must be able to analyze data trends and spot data anomalies
  • - Evaluate current reporting and be able to proactively suggest new reports or improvements to existing reports
  • - Work with multiple Points of contacts within the organization to create various reports
  • - Must ensure that reports are thoroughly reviewed and corrections are made as necessary
  • - Explain the reports as required
  • **Technical:**
  • - Must have intermediate to advance knowledge & use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets
  • - Must have excellent analytical skills
  • - Must have relevant experience in reports creation
  • **Behavioral:**
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced, aggressive growth environment.
  • - Able to pay strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • - Has excellent organizational skills
  • - Able to work independently, but is also a team player
  • - Must be comfortable working in any shift / time zone
  • **Requirements:**
  • - Must have excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
  • - Experience in Workforce Management or as Reports/Data Analyst
