Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules
Translate HR business requirements into effective system configurations
Optimise HR processes and deliver innovative, scalable solutions
Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP ERP/S/4HANA and third-party applications
Provide ongoing support and act as a subject matter expert for HR technology
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance requirements
Requirements
5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (implementing, configuring and supporting HCM solutions)
Deep knowledge of at least two modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning)
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Fluent in English
Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
Nice to have Certification in multiple SuccessFactors modules
Experience with global/multi-country rollouts
Knowledge of People Analytics and workforce planning
