About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and oversee projects related to Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective.
  • Ensure proper application of agile practices and principles.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, business areas, and stakeholders.
  • Support the team in removing impediments and resolving conflicts.
  • Promote continuous improvement of processes, practices, and workflows.
  • Monitor performance indicators and agile metrics such as Velocity, Lead Time, Throughput, and Burndown.
  • Support technical discussions related to Master Data Management platforms and processes.
  • Ensure visibility of risks, dependencies, and project timelines.
  • Conduct executive alignments and status reporting for leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Manager in technology projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Ability to participate in and critically evaluate technical discussions related to MDM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices).
  • Experience with agile management tools, particularly Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of agile metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
