Consultant

• Support technical leaders during requirements gathering and design phases; take notes and develop relevant questions
• Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions to meet client needs and deliver on time and within budget
• Contribute to configuration of EPM software and assist with system testing
• Resolve and articulate technical issues via debugging, research, and investigation; assist with production support
• Assist with configuration reviews and implement feedback from project team and leadership
• Maintain client focus and ownership of assigned tasks; meet deadlines and project milestones
• Convey understanding of the business rationale behind requirements
• Understand project role and meet project priorities, scope, timeline, and goals
• Create and maintain documentation for EPM solutions including user guides and technical specifications
• Assist in development and delivery of end-user training and training materials
• Deliver demonstrations to audiences from executives to business users
• Stay up to date with Anaplan platform releases, feature updates, and industry best practices
• Maintain effective working relationships with team members and engage with clients appropriately
• Provide ongoing client support addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues to ensure effective use of EPM systems
