About the role

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments.
  • Proven track record working on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong mastery of Scrum principles and practices and agile frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience running ceremonies, backlog management, and monitoring metrics.
  • Ability to address and remove organizational impediments.
  • Ability to navigate organizational politics and systemic thinking.
  • Knowledge of agile management tools and performance metrics.
  • Experience in multi-team or scaled agile environments.
  • Clear communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to translate technical and business needs.
