About the role

  • You will join the Consulting practice dedicated to Finance transformation and Performance Management.
  • You will deliver high-impact transformation projects such as optimizing the structure and processes of the finance function.
  • Redesign reporting models and performance management frameworks.
  • Define and deploy management dashboards.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for evolving the finance information system.
  • Design and roll out data platforms for financial and operational management.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives and lead change management activities.
  • Contribute to the internal life of the consulting firm (recruitment, training, team facilitation).

Requirements

  • You are a recent graduate or have initial professional experience in management control, audit, or project work and are looking to take your career in a new direction.
  • You enjoy helping transform organizations by combining functional expertise with technological solutions.
  • You are enthusiastic, curious, autonomous, proactive, and motivated by challenges.
  • You are fluent in English.
