About the role

  • Identify and close new business opportunities, and manage, cross-sell, and upsell within the existing client base
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline with emphasis on data consulting, advanced analytics, and AI/ML solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of Keyrus’ Value Propositions (data strategy, data governance, cloud data platforms, business intelligence)
  • Sell end-to-end Data and Digital Transformation solutions — including data platforms, BI, Martech, CRM, and E-commerce projects
  • Create and execute territory plans aligning Keyrus’ Data & Digital portfolio with client needs
  • Co-design and run targeted campaigns (digital, social, and outbound) to generate interest
  • Collaborate with Business Line Directors to shape responses to RFPs, presentations, and proposals with a data-first mindset
  • Propose available consultants to meet client project demands and align with strategic partners (data platform providers, analytics vendors, cloud services)
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM with diligence and insight
  • Stay up to date with developments in the data and analytics industry and understand competitive positioning

Requirements

  • 3 – 8 years of experience selling data-related solutions or services (e.g. data analytics, BI, cloud platforms, data strategy, or governance)
  • Strong experience identifying and driving revenue in project, solution, or software sales
  • Confidence in engaging C-level roles, including Chief Data Officers (CDOs), Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs), and CIOs
  • Ability to map out, break into, and grow strategic accounts by identifying data-driven needs and challenges
  • Skilled in prospecting, cold outreach, and creatively positioning data & digital offerings to the right buyer personas
  • Experience targeting both business and IT stakeholders in data and digital transformation contexts
  • Familiarity with Digital performance, Martech, CRM, E-commerce, and advanced analytics
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, motivated and resourceful, with passion for data-driven value
