About the role
- Design and implement modern data architectures (cloud and on-premises)
- Conduct audits, define roadmaps, and support technology selection
- Build PoCs/MVPs, provide technical coaching, and lead change management
- Participate in the tech ecosystem (meetups, afterworks, partners, vendors, etc.)
- Actively contribute to our data expert community (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, dbt, Looker, Rivery, Airbyte, etc.)
- Support commercial teams with technical responses
- Lead community activities, recruitment, and technical interviews
Requirements
- 8–10 years' experience in data architecture (consulting and delivery)
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Experience designing pipelines and integrating solutions (ETL, ELT, data lakes, data modeling, orchestration, etc.)
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, Spark, or other data-related tools
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences
