About the role

  • Lead business development focused on data-driven transformation for Keyrus Belgium
  • Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities and manage, cross-sell and upsell within existing client base
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline emphasizing data consulting, advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions
  • Develop deep understanding of Keyrus value propositions (data strategy, data governance, cloud data platforms, business intelligence)
  • Sell end-to-end Data & Digital Transformation solutions including data platforms, BI, Martech, CRM and E-commerce projects
  • Create and execute territory plans aligned with prospective and existing clients' needs
  • Co-design and run targeted campaigns (digital, social, outbound) to generate interest
  • Collaborate with Business Line Directors on RFPs, presentations and proposals
  • Propose available consultants to meet client project demands and align with strategic partners (platforms, vendors, cloud services)
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting and CRM with diligence and insight
  • Stay up to date with developments in the data and analytics industry and understand competitive positioning

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience selling data-related solutions or services (data analytics, BI, cloud platforms, data strategy, or governance)
  • Strong experience in project, solution, or software sales and driving revenue
  • Confidence engaging C-level roles (CDOs, CMOs, CIOs)
  • Ability to map, break into, and grow strategic accounts
  • Skilled in prospecting, cold outreach, and positioning data & digital offerings to appropriate buyer personas
  • Experience targeting both business and IT stakeholders in data and digital transformation contexts
  • Familiarity with Data and Digital solutions (Digital performance, Martech, CRM, E-commerce, advanced analytics)
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, motivated, resourceful, with passion for data-driven value
