Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Director Automotive in building and expanding the Automotive segment
Develop innovative ideas for a structured approach to the segment
Acquire new clients for filling key positions and build key accounts
Develop strategies to identify and capitalize on potential
Manage existing clients and develop key customer relationships
Lead recruitment processes for (inter)national mandates
Collaborate with research specialists and conduct interviews and meetings with candidates and clients
Act as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER and inspire clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of hands-on experience in the Automotive segment or at a consultancy focused on the Automotive sector
Affinity for sales and business development
