Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Director, Mechanical and Plant Engineering, in building and expanding the segment
Develop innovative ideas for the structured development of the segment
Structured acquisition of new clients and development of key accounts
Develop and implement market strategies in collaboration with the Director
Manage existing clients and cultivate key accounts
Lead placement processes for national and international mandates
Conduct targeted discussions with candidates, interim managers, and clients
Act as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER and engage and inspire clients
Work closely with the Senior Advisory Board and support the Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of hands-on professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering or in management consulting with a comparable industry focus
Strong affinity for sales and business development
Strong service mindset
Structured, conscientious approach to work, with entrepreneurial thinking and actions
Professional, well-presented demeanor
