About the role
- Support the Director, Machinery and Plant Engineering, in building and expanding the segment
- Develop innovative concepts for a structured approach to the segment
- Targeted and professional acquisition of new clients
- Build and maintain key client relationships in national and international markets
- Manage existing clients and take responsibility for their servicing
- Execute staffing/recruitment processes for national and international mandates
- Collaborate with research specialists and conduct discussions with candidates, interim managers, and clients
- Act as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER and present services to top clients
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on professional experience in the machinery and plant engineering industry or in consulting with a comparable sector focus
- Affinity for sales and business development
- Strong service mentality and goal orientation
- Structured and conscientious working style, combined with entrepreneurial thinking
- Professional, well-presented demeanor
- A natural commitment to the highest quality and customer orientation
- Innovative problem solver
- A professional network at decision-maker level within the industry is an advantage but not a requirement
