About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, manage and optimise paid search, paid social and retargeting campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
- Leverage AI-powered campaign formats and emerging advertising technologies
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance from click-through to enrolment
- Use data-driven insights to inform campaign optimisation decisions
- Forecast lead volumes, media spend and performance outcomes
- Partner with creative, content and web teams to develop campaign assets and optimise landing pages
- Support conversion rate optimisation initiatives and testing strategies
- Monitor industry trends, digital platform developments and consumer behaviours
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on marketing campaigns and strategic projects
