Virtual Assistant – Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and reach out to influencers, creators, and affiliate partners across social media platforms.
- Recruit a pipeline of potential influencers.
- Pitch partnership opportunities and secure sign-ups.
- Onboard influencers and affiliates into campaigns or programs.
- Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management.
- Track partner activity and performance.
- Support activation of campaigns and ensure partners are engaged.
- Report results and updates regularly.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication and outreach skills.
- Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, sales, or business development.
- Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in influencer or affiliate recruitment (preferred).
- Marketing agency or freelance outreach experience (preferred).
- Experience working with global or U.S.-based brands (preferred).
- Existing network of influencers or creators (a plus).
