About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and reach out to influencers, creators, and affiliate partners across social media platforms
Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners
Pitch partnership opportunities and secure sign-ups
Onboard influencers and affiliates into campaigns or programs
Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management
Track partner activity and performance
Support activation of campaigns and ensure partners are engaged
Report results and updates regularly

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, sales, or business development
Strong communication and outreach skills
Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools
Self-motivated and results-driven
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Previous experience in influencer or affiliate recruitment (preferred)
Existing network of influencers or creators (a plus)
